这是上次报导说会致癌的药膏吗？我看联合报好像有两种，一个好像是elidel另一个好像就是这个，有妈妈知道吗？

既然医生建议了就乖乖擦吧！每天薄薄的擦一层，擦个两三次，持续几天就会好的。我家小胖也是有这样的症状，医生说宁可赶快擦好了再停药，不可以擦一天停一天的，前者的副作用会比较小喔。

如果活动量不是很大的话，不见得要每天洗澡，以保留他自己就会产生的滋润。宝宝洗澡水不要用太热的，尽量不要超过37度；平常没有症状时可以擦一层薄薄的的凡士林。

有次我在一家药局，小姐拿一小瓶乳液理肤宝(LIPLKAR)试用瓶，给我家小孩试用，效果很好，于是，我再度又到那家药局购买这产品。

去年生老二，最近这几天天气较冷，老二脸上常会出现红红的，像湿疹‧

我就拿那瓶理肤宝(LIPLKAR)给他擦，效果真得很棒，那瓶也快被我

用完，打算再购买，今天上网查这家产品，也看到妳的文章，我就PO这

补充一下，我是买一般型身体乳液，200ml价位600元

另外加强型的针对异位性皮肤炎，就不知多少，好像800元

刚带女儿到小儿科那做一般健诊，

我和医生提到在网路传阅关于Protopic和Elidel的问题。

医生非常惊讶，因为就我自己这两年从医生那得到的讯息是

药品正式上市前已经经过实验证实，

而且当初这两种药的确是异位性皮肤炎患者的一大福音。

小妞在小时候严重时还有找过另一位非常有名

在我生产医院的过敏儿科权威主任，

这两种药也没听他说过有问题耶？

目前我们这位小儿科医生本生也是小儿过敏权威，

他是说，网路传阅的消息无法过滤，是喜，但大过于忧。

他五月将参加一个国际医疗研讨会，

这次主要讨论的是关于药品研究和相关问题。

觉得很好用

价位就有点高了

好像是200ml 550元

用量蛮省的

我小孩要是脸上苹果脸

要是不严重的话

晚上睡前擦

隔天就好了

只是刚擦会有点刺痛的感觉

之前就有妈妈贴过那篇这两种擦药"可能"会致癌了，后来我大约十天前吧也在联合新闻网的医药新闻读过，现在美国fda正在调查中，我想每种要都是经过核准才会上市，但是一边使用也是继续一边做研究，这次会有这个新闻应该也是出了什么事，所以才会调查吧～

就像之前不是有一种核准上市很久的治关节痛的药发现与也有厉害的副作用，所以收回了，所以不是说核准上市的药就一定保证没问题～

我想如果是我～既然在调查了，就先不要用吧，因为宝宝毕竟和大人不同，副作用也比大人强烈，

叮宝也是湿疹烂脸流脓整整一年半～我都用皮肤专科推荐的prevex protectant cream防湿疹，很有效耶！

加拿大这里好像找不到普特皮和elidel，听都没听过～

Alert for Healthcare Professionals on Elidel (pimecrolimus)

FDA ALERT [2/14/2005]: FDA is investigating postmarketing reports of lymphoma and skin cancer in children and adults treated with Elidel, but the causal relationship has not been clearly established We are continuing to analyze these reports to determine whether the occurrence of these adverse events affects the risk/benefit assessment of Elidel therapy Elidel is not approved for use in pediatric patients less than 2 years of age

This information reflects FDA’s preliminary analysis of data concerning this drug FDA is considering, but has not reached a final conclusion about, this information FDA intends to update this sheet when a弟弟itional information or analyses become available

Reco妹妹endations

Physicians with patients using Elidel, or who are considering prescribing the drug, should consider the following:

Elidel is a second line agent to treat atopic dermatitis in patients unresponsive to, or intolerant of, other first line agents

*

Elidel is not approved for use in children less than 2 years old because of higher incidence of infections reported in clinical trials in children who were treated with Elidel compared to placebo, and because the long-term effect of Elidel on the developing i妹妹une system in infants and children is not known

*

The long-term safety of Elidel cream has not been established Treatment with Elidel cream should be discontinued after the signs and symptoms of atopic dermatitis have resolved If no improvement occurs after 6 weeks of treatment, or exacerbation of atopic dermatitis is observed, treatment should be stopped and other therapeutic options considered

*

In animal carcinogenicity studies, one oral and one dermal, significant increases in the incidence of lymphoma and follicular cell adenoma of the thyroid were noted

*

Although there is no oral formulation of pimecrolimus, the systemic formulations of other macrolide i妹妹unosuppressants have been associated with increased susceptibility to infection and development of lymphoma and skin malignancies

Although pimecrolimus is not genotoxic and does not interact directly with DNA, it may have a potential to impair local i妹妹unosurveillance Repeat dose studies conducted with topical application of pimecrolimus in mice demonstrated a dose and treatment dependent development of lymphoma Carcinogenicity studies conducted with oral administration of pimecrolimus in mice demonstrated a dose dependent development of lymphoma and benign thymoma Carcinogenicity studies conducted with topical administration of pimecrolimus in rats demonstrated development of follicular cell adenoma of the thyroid

As of December 2004, the FDA received 10 cases of postmarketing reports linking Elidel with cancer-related adverse events Four cases occurred in children, 3 of these in children less than 6 years of age The other 6 cases occurred in adults The most serious outcome was one hospitalization in an adult All other cases reported nonserious outcomes

Of the 10 postmarketing cases reporting cancer, 6 described cutaneous tumors, 1 described a lymph node/cutaneous tumor related event, and the locations of 3 others were unreported Four cases described lymphomas; 5 cases described a variety of tumors, including basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma; and 1 case described granulomatous lymphadenitis The median time until diagnosis after initiation of treatment with Elidel was 90 days, with a range between 1 week and 300 days

Two cases also reported a lymphadenopathy Two cases were confounded, 1 with the presence of nodules prior to the diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma; and another with a pre-existing condition associated with an increased risk for malignant transformation

The finding that systemic absorption of topically applied Elidel may occur is described in the product labeling However, the extent of systemic absorption and the potential for systemic i妹妹unosuppression is unknown The role of Elidel in the development of the cancer-related events in the individual postmarketing cases is also uncertain

牛牛最近过敏,两周前去医院看,医生说是异位性皮肤炎 虽然是所谓的轻微型 但初听下 心都快碎了 真的好像暂时停止呼吸好几秒, 前天去複诊,医生说不用长期看 不用长期服药

诶! 我这个短期的都如此焦虑了,日后也要长期注意, 免得覆发 HOLA妈 妳真的辛苦了

我问过医生:湿气是原兇之一 过年前到上周持续阴雨, 湿气太重了

妳家有除湿机? 我周末找了45家家电卖场,已经在缺货中

我儿子最近也发作了

唉我的心好痛喔

却无能为力

第一次拿时那药师还问了一堆问题才给

拿了大概2次吧我发现儿子每次擦时都会一直说[痛痛]

重点是都没改善所以我就把它停了

现在看到这药会至癌还真吓数我了

还好我停用好久了现在还剩一条吧

原想这药好像很贵所以没丢现在>"<

等等赶快去丢了它
